Standard terms are 50% deposit to begin production, 50% before shipment. For established clients with repeat orders, we offer flexible payment arrangements.
Can you work with my existing tech packs?
Absolutely! We can work with your existing tech packs or help you create them. Our design team can also assist with modifications and optimizations for manufacturing efficiency.
What is the typical production timeline?
Production time depends on order quantity — typically 15–30 days after sample approval. Rush orders can be accommodated in 10–12 business days with additional fees. Timeline may vary based on order complexity and current production schedule.
