1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of qumashlab.com and the services offered by Qumash Lab, a custom clothing manufacturer based at 219 RB Main Talinwala Road, Faisalabad, Pakistan. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Orders

Quotes provided through this website, by email, or by WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you supply and remain valid for the period stated in the quote. A quote becomes a binding order only when both parties confirm the final specifications, pricing, and payment terms in writing.

Minimum order quantities, production timelines, and pricing vary by product and order size and are confirmed at quotation. Production timelines begin after sample approval and receipt of the agreed deposit.

3. Samples & Approval

We strongly recommend approving a physical sample before bulk production. Sample fees may apply and, where stated, can be credited toward your bulk order. Bulk production is manufactured to match the approved sample; changes requested after approval may affect price and timeline.

4. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, standard terms are a deposit to begin production with the balance due before shipment. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at quotation. Ownership of goods passes on receipt of full payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide by sea, air, or express courier as agreed per order. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

6. Quality & Claims

We guarantee bulk production consistent with the approved sample. Claims for defects or discrepancies must be raised within 14 days of receiving the goods, with supporting photos or evidence. Where a claim is verified, we will remake, replace, or credit the affected items as appropriate.

7. Your Designs & Intellectual Property

Designs, logos, artwork, and tech packs you provide remain your property. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use them and that manufacturing them does not infringe any third party’s rights. All content on this website — text, images, and branding — belongs to Qumash Lab and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qumash Lab’s total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost sales.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be published on this page.
