What we make for kids' brands

Ring-spun cotton, cotton fleece, French terry, poly-cotton and performance knits, 140–400 GSM depending on the garment, in kids' sizes 2–14 on age- or height-based charts.

    • Branding: screen print, embroidery, DTG, sublimation, chenille patches
    • Private label throughout: woven neck labels, printed or hang tags, custom poly bags and cartons — no factory branding.

Compliance comes first with children’s wear

Children's products carry legal requirements that adult clothing does not. The usual sequence is sample → third-party lab test to your market's rules → bulk production → a batch test before shipment, and the test reports go to you.

United States: children’s products (12 and under) need CPSIA compliance, including a Children’s Product Certificate based on testing by a CPSC-accepted lab. Canada: the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and its regulations. EU: REACH restricted substances and the General Product Safety Regulation. Ask us which tests your product needs and who pays for them before you approve the sample.

    Frequently asked questions

Can you produce to CPSIA for the US market?

Yes — testing is arranged at a third-party lab for the garments and batches you order, and the reports are shared with you. Your Children's Product Certificate is issued by the importer based on those tests.

Is OEKO-TEX the same as CPSIA?

No. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is a voluntary label for tested textiles; CPSIA is a US law for children’s products. A US kids’ brand needs CPSIA compliance whether or not the fabric is OEKO-TEX labelled.

What is the minimum for a first kids’ collection?

Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style per colour from our stock fabrics and colours, and sizes can be mixed. For an exact Pantone colour it is 150 pieces per style per colour, and for your own choice of fabric composition in your Pantone colour it is 200 pieces per style per colour.

How long does a sample take?

Samples take 7–10 business days. Your first sample is free — you only pay shipping. Complex styles cost $50–150 per style, credited toward your bulk order.
