Fabric & Compliance Selection
We select child-appropriate fabrics and trims and confirm the CPSIA-compliant testing your market requires before any bulk fabric is cut.
Sample & Fit Approval
A pre-production sample goes out with your branding and label placement. Revisions are included until you approve the fit, fabric, and finish.
Bulk Production & Dispatch
Garments are cut, stitched, and decorated with inline checks, then size-sorted, poly-bagged, labelled, and shipped worldwide or direct to FBA.

What size range do you produce for kids?
We produce a full 2–14 curve and can grade to either age-based or height-based charts, whichever your market expects. Send us the size split you want per colour and we build the cutting plan around it — you are not forced into an even spread.
Can you arrange CPSIA testing for the US market?
Yes, on request. Testing is arranged at a third-party lab to your destination market's rules, CPSIA for the US, and your Children's Product Certificate is issued by the importer based on those tests. Tell us the destination market when you request a quote and we confirm which tests your order needs.

What is the minimum order for kids clothing?
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style per colour from our stock fabrics and colours, and sizes can be mixed. For an exact Pantone colour it is 150 pieces per style per colour, and for your own choice of fabric composition in your Pantone colour it is 200 pieces per style per colour. A single 50-piece run can cover the whole 2–14 size curve in one colour; each additional colour is its own 50-piece run.
Do you make kids sizes of the same style you make for adults?
Yes. Kids and adult sizes of one design run in the same fabric, the same Pantone shade, and the same production batch, which is how family sets and team collections are normally produced. Tell us the split per size when you request a quote.
Can you ship kids apparel straight to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We supply FBA-ready packaging including poly bags with suffocation warnings, FNSKU labels, and carton labels, and ship directly to any Amazon fulfillment center in the US.
