We recommend 88% polyester / 12% spandex for leggings and sports bras — this gives the right stretch, compression, and moisture-wicking properties. For t-shirts and shorts, 100% moisture-wicking polyester or a poly-cotton blend works best.

Yes. We specialize in full sublimation printing for sportswear, which allows unlimited colors and all-over designs with no color surcharge. Sublimation is permanent and will not crack or fade.
