Our factory in Faisalabad

Qumash Lab makes clothing to order from its own factory in Faisalabad, Punjab. The address is 219 RB Main Talinwala Road, Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. The factory covers 6,000 square metres, has 200 staff and a capacity of 25,000 units a month.

Cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery and finishing happen on our own floor, so one team is answerable for a garment from the first cut to the packed carton. Branding is applied in-house by screen print, embroidery, DTG and sublimation, and one order can mix methods without a second supplier.

Every order is private label. Your woven neck labels, printed labels, hang tags, poly bags and cartons go on the goods, and no factory branding does. You work with the people who make the garment, not with a trading agent in between.

Faisalabad is one of Pakistan's main textile cities. Cotton spinning, knitting, dyeing and fabric finishing are all done in and around the city, and many of the country's knitwear exporters are based here. T-shirts run on the same lines and the same terms as everything else we make: 50 pieces per style per colour in our stock colours, sizes split inside that quantity, and your choice of screen print, DTG, heat transfer or embroidery. MOQ, samples and lead times

Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style per colour from our stock fabrics and colours, and sizes can be mixed. For an exact Pantone colour it is 150 pieces per style per colour, and for your own choice of fabric composition in your Pantone colour it is 200 pieces per style per colour.It is counted per style and colour rather than per order, so a first drop can be several styles of 50 each instead of one large run.

Samples take 7–10 business days. Your first sample is free — you only pay shipping. Complex styles cost $50–150 per style, credited toward your bulk order.

Bulk production takes 15–30 days after sample approval, and a rush run of 10–12 business days is possible on request. Payment terms are 50% deposit to begin production, 50% before shipment.

You can see production in person by appointment. Message us on WhatsApp first with your preferred dates and the products you want to see, and we will confirm a time. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 Pakistan time.
