Qumash Lab is a vertically integrated custom clothing manufacturer in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Everything in the catalogue above runs on our own lines — knitting, dyeing, cutting, stitching, and decoration all happen in-house, which is why a hoodie, its matching crewneck, and a kids size of the same design can come out of one production batch in one Pantone shade instead of three separate suppliers and three slightly different greys.

Every product on this page is made to order. Nothing here is warehouse stock: you choose the fabric and weight, the fit, the colours, and the decoration method, and we build the garment to your tech pack or to a sample you send us. Fabrics run from 140–220 GSM ring-spun cotton for t-shirts, through 200–220 GSM pique cotton for polos, up to 280–400 GSM French terry and fleece for hoodies and sweatshirts, plus moisture-wicking polyester and poly-spandex knits for sportswear and poly-cotton twills for uniforms. Branding is applied in-house by screen print, embroidery, DTG, sublimation, or chenille patch, so one order can mix decoration methods without a second supplier or a second setup charge.

Orders start at 50 pieces per design or colourway, and that minimum is negotiable. It is counted per design rather than per order, so a first drop can be four styles of 50 rather than one style of 200. Your first sample is free — you only pay shipping. Complex styles cost $50–150 per style, credited toward your bulk order. Bulk production takes 15–30 days after sample approval, with a 10–12 business days rush option, on 50% deposit to begin production, 50% before shipment.

Orders ship fully white-labelled — your own woven neck labels, printed tags, hang tags, and packaging, with no reference to our factory. Amazon sellers get FBA-ready prep: poly bags with suffocation warnings, FNSKU labels, and carton labels, shipped directly to a US fulfillment center. We currently ship to Qatar, Germany, European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia by sea freight, air freight, and express courier.
